This project involved the construction of 400m of piled wall bases and 280m of 4.8m high push walls to form the new gypsum recycling centre next to Ridham Docks.

The programme set out by the client was extremely demanding but through careful planning Sian Formwork successfully delivered the project 3 weeks ahead of schedule.

Lifting operations on the project were serviced by a crawler crane and Sian Formwork’s own ROTO 60.24. The mobility and flexibility of the lifting equipment on site allowed for a rapid response to challenges to the programme as a result of inclement weather ensuring production targets were still met.
