Work Experience Action at Sian Formwork

This week, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting Louie and Angela on-site as part of their work experience programme. Guided by our experienced team member John Fields, they’ve had a hands-on introduction to what life is really like on a live construction site.

Angela, who is currently a student at Dartford Grammar School for Girls, has shown real enthusiasm and confidence, getting stuck into everything from setting up equipment to learning about site layout and surveying. It’s great to see young talent showing such interest in construction and engineering.
