Sian has a wealth of experience in high profile, heavy civils construction projects. We have affiliated CSCS/CPCS training facilities and are able to recruit, develop and train staff to suit the specific needs and requirements of our work load.

As a company we have an ongoing working collaborative partnership with CCS Scaffolding Ltd. The close working relationships means that as a partnership we are able to develop and offer solutions together, removing the often problematic interface between FRC and scaffolding works.

We have in house engineering capabilities and directly employ experienced engineers and construction managers who have a range of skills and technical knowledge that they are able to bring to the table. We are able to create monitor and manage detailed construction programmes. As a company we have the engineering capability to create complex formwork, falsework and scaffolding designs and drawings in house, if and when required.

We directly employ staff who are trained, competent and experienced in carrying out various roles associated with lifting operations. This includes Crane Supervisors and Slinger Signallers who are able to safely manage our lifting activities on site. We also directly employ two experienced trained Appointed Persons (lifting) who, between them, have many years of extensive experience in planning heavy complex lifts and standard crane lifts along with smaller attendance lifting activities.
